For non-POM Items

General Sales Medications and non-medical items can be bought over the counter or delivered to you. No other identification is needed apart from your name and contact details.

For Pharmacist/Prescription only Medications [POM]

We do not carry prescription-only medications on our online store.

We do carry prescription medications at our clinic which can only be dispensed after a consultation, either via physical consultation or teleconsultation. Our doctor will be available to advise you directly.

Collection

Items are available to be collected only during our operating hours. You may collect from any of our two outlets, iDOC Clinic Hougang Green or iDOC Clinic Hong Kah Point.

Do note that on rare occasions when one outlet is low on stock, 24-48 hours is needed before collection is ready. In such an event, we would give you a call.

Delivery

We will be able to deliver within 3 working days, however, we are not able to confirm delivery timing and if no one is at home, you may opt for collection. Free delivery is available for orders > $45.

Cancellation/Refund

You may cancel anytime before collecting the medications. However, collected medications are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if the Resident Doctor does not approve of the sale.
