ORDER AND DELIVERY

Once your order is successfully placed, our team will then process your order the following working day. It is then picked, packed, and checked before dispatch.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible within our standard delivery time frame of 3 working days.

However, notwithstanding the above, there are rare occurrences such as technical failures, major road accidents and adverse weather conditions, that are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Please note that delivery on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to availability and there will be no delivery on Public Holidays.

If no one is at the address to receive the parcel, our personnel will make an attempt to contact you to make alternative arrangements, including self-collection or getting consent to leave the parcel at the door, riser or shoe cabinet.

Contactless doorstep delivery is also an option in an effort to maintain social distancing and to ensure the health and safety of you and our personnel.

Additionally, please be informed that we do not carry Prescription Only Medicines (POM) on our online ePharm store.

SELF-COLLECTION @ COLLECTION POINTS

Successful orders are available for self-collection only during our operating hours at the following branches. Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your order if the Resident Doctor does not approve of the sale.
